The company was originally formed in 1978, initially specializing
in sales and rentals of property at Coronado Shores. Over time,
sales and rental activities have expanded to include property
in all areas of Pacific Beach and downtown San
Diego, as well as Coronado. The company has developed extensive experience
in sales, property management, and seasonal rental of condominiums,
over our 28-year experience.
The owner, W.J. “Bud” Forrest has been active in sales of property in Coronado, Pacific Beach, and Downtown
San Diego for 30 years, as well as an additional 21 years marketing both residential and commercial properties in Southern California.

activities are managed by Leticia
Toscano Waters, a Property Management Professional & Licensed
Realtor, who has 12 years of success in managing all aspects
of prestigious residential complexes.
Administrative and financial
activities are under the direction of Leticia Toscano Waters. She has nearly 17 years experience in the real
